When I first saw the movie, I thought to myself, I don't know that this would be worth my time, it just seems like some odd drama. but being #1 top rated of IMDb, along with Morgan Freeman as an actor, certainly helps boost the chances of people watching.
Luckily, to my surprise, the movie turned out to be emotionally heartwarming, filled with an excellent narrative and story that it tells. All the characters have fleshed-out personalities and interesting conflicts that keep you reeling for more. One thing that's good to note is some of the twists the movie delivers, whether that be an unexpected death that leaves you shocked, or a surprising twist that leaves you wide-eyed in your seat.
By the time the movie ends, it's like you've been deprived of a drug. One of the best, if NOT best, movies I have ever seen. Hollywood could learn many things from movies like this.
